Used for flushing and locking of all kinds of Vascular Access Devices, e.g. Peripheral IV Catheters, Peripheral & Central Venous Catheters of neonates and paediatrics catheters, PI

Embrace 3mL Pre-filled Flush Syringes:

Mainly used for flushing and locking of Vascular Access Devices and Catheters where smallest volume of saline is indicated for flushing.

Product introduction

Product Structure	Individually wrapped Sterile Pre-filled normal saline (0.9% sodium chloride injection) Syringe 3mL, with protective tip cap and clear labelled. The 3mL size Syringe barrel diameter is exact same as standard 10mL syringe barrel diameter to prevent vein or catheter damage.

Product Application	Flushing and Locking of Vascular Access devices and Catheters. Where smallest volume is required for flushing IV Catheters as per INS (Infusion Nurse Society) recommendation＊

＊Infusion Nurses Society (INS) recommends that the minimum volume of the final flush solution should be x 2 the labelled priming volume of the catheter and any added devices. Even a 3mL Embrace Flush Syringe would be sufficient to flush a peripheral IV Catheter in the majority of cases.
